Returns/Refunds:

Returns are accepted on smaller consumable items within 7 days of purchase, however all goods must be in the original packaging and unused. Customers must pay the return postage costs, refunds for any item will be processed once we receive and check the goods.

Any faulty item must be reported to us immediately on receipt and returned to us within 7 days of purchase for either a refund or replacement (replacements subject to stock being available).

We regret that Guillotine blades are non-returnable and non-refundable, therefore please ensure you order the correct type of blade for your machine when purchasing, if unsure, please contact us to confirm you are purchasing the correct blade.

For queries relating to any machine purchased from us, please contact us to discuss.

As a consumer, you always have legal rights in relation to products that may be faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by the above returns policy. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Cancellations:

Once orders have been placed through our site, you are entering into a contract with Wakefield Machinery Ltd for the supply of goods you have purchased, and as orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order (subject to stock), if you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately to advise you wish to cancel your order. If the order has already been dispatched to you prior to cancellation, the goods will be delivered to you as ordered and can no longer be cancelled. If you then wish to return the goods, please review our returns policy above.
